What is Search Organizer?
Search organizer is the place for you to:
- Save properties to view later
- Add comments & ratings to saved properties
- Save property searches & view matches
- Manage email alert settings
Whenever you search for property on our website, you can keep all of that search information in one convenient place, including Saved Searches, Email Updates, and Saved Properties.
Using the Search Organizer
When you do a search, you can save custom property searches by clicking the “Save This Search” button at the top of any list of search results. These searches will be added automatically to your Organizer, where you can come back later and access the search results or modify the search parameters by clicking the “Edit” option. Additionally, you can elect to receive daily Email Updates about new listings that match your Saved Searches. Choose your preferred schedule for Email Updates within the “Edit” screen.
If you see a property that interests you, just click “Save” or “Save This Property” button on that property to save it in your Saved Listings. You can add and delete properties from your list at any time, as well as see any updates to those properties, such as price changes. You can rate your interest in a property by clicking the home icons next to “My Rating” in the property details view. You can also add comments to a saved property via the “Comments” link.
You need to create an account to access the Search Organizer. Your account profile contains the email address at which you will receive daily Email Updates. This account is only for the Search Organizer.
